I have used npx create-hydrogen-app
My terminal

PS D:\Coding\React\Hydrogen> npx create-hydrogen-app

Hi @TanishqSinghAnand thank you for reporting this. It looks like right now hydrogen doesn't support Windows. This is because there is logic that only looks for unix paths, not windows. We'll add this to our backlog to fix.
