Hello, when using SVJedi-graph to genotype the CMRG benchmark VCF released by GIAB, I encountered the following error. It seems that a variable was not defined. Could you please tell me how to resolve this error? Thank you very much!

Could you share a link to the VCF and reference files you used to run SVJedi-graph so that we try to reproduce the error?
