Is port DIP?

Hi
I knew "DIP" but confused with hexagon port.
DIP is High-level modules do not depend on low-level modules.
so I know that I put the interface in the domain folder, not the infrastructure.
The hexagon port belongs to a low-level module.

Does hexagon port and DIP have a difference? Or is it the same thing?
