COPYRIGHT and AUTHORS files are missing

Code is reused from MarcusOlivecrona/REINVENT (properly acknowledged) but it is good practice to include COPYRIGHT and AUTHORS files or even include copyright statements in files you took from different resources... e.g. model.py should state that the code is written by Marcus Olivecrona and can include the MIT license (this does not replace the need for the COPYRIGHT/AUTHORS files).
