Prerequisites

I have written a descriptive issue title
I have verified that I am running the latest version of reqifviewer
I have searched open and closed issues to ensure it has not already been reported

Description

deploy reqif files with the app in wwwroot
add sample reqif file links (with descriptions)
when a user clicks on a reqif-link, the sample file is loaded
