Bug Description

in the adverse events by vaccine dose graph on the adverse events dashboard, the Y axis numbers are reversed (in order 4, 3, 2)

the X axis numbers are 0.1, 0.2 to represent serious events, but there cannot be 0.1 of a serious event, only 1, probably an issue with decimal entered 1 space too far

  1. Clicked on Adverse Events in Dashboard
