In 6.3.1, Bullet 3, echelons are mentioned. This term was defined in ST 2117-1:2020.
The Terms and Definitions clause in this document states the following:
"For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in SMPTE ST 377-1 and SMPTE ST 379-2 apply."
If "echelon" is not defined in SMPTE ST 377-1, SMPTE ST379-2. or elsewhere, then it should be added to the T&D clause, citing ST 2117-1:2020 as the source, or by adding ST 2117-1:2020 as an addition standard in the T&D clause.
