Run1250

  • HH size change worse in rural communities
  • Conway Twp, Liv, Howell, Liv.
  • Rural Washtenaw

Possible cause:

  • Racing in location choice by segment

  • HLCM sampling 5 * N housing units when predicting

Review:
a. Small households tend to move to rural area more and move out of denser area

  • rural area like north Livingston, Washtenaw, Macomb have larger declined hh_size
  • larger households growth in Highland Park, Brighton, Howell more than its rural neighbor
  • denser population area like Warren, Dearborn, Pontiac previous have major issues significantly stabilized
  • Other areas have seem better age and hh_size

b. Age distribution are generally better for the new run
