... resulting in geolocation inaccuracy of around 7 km:

Example dataset acquired over Svalbard:
S1B_IW_GRDH_1SSH_20161012T150357_20161012T150422_002475_0042C7_4D7F

This data should be excluded from processing unless a way to correct it - most likely using SAR simulation cross-correlation - is found.
