Disabling the music makes elonapluscgx.exe crash on exit #58

Setting music to "0" in config.txt causes a crash on program exit.

I'm on 64-bit Windows 10.

I can't seem to reproduce this. Does this still occur with 2.10.1.0?

still here as of 2.12.1.0.

Steps to reproduce, starting from a new gx install:

disable music from the main menu (which updates config.txt).
exit.
relaunch.
exit.
crash.
