GenericInterface: Add capability to send and receive arrays as body using REST

Currently we only accept Hash refs, but there are cases in which we need to also handle Array refs as Data. This should work at least with XSLT mapping, not necessarily the simple mapping, and the Debugger has to be enhanced. Prio 1 is ProviderProcessRequest, but all other methods should be changed, to.
