Readme card should render emojis in its content

The Readme card doesn't renders emojis (in the same way Github does). We are using:
@roadiehq/[email protected]
@roadiehq/[email protected]

Expected Behavior

The content inside the Readme card should render emojis.

Current Behavior

The readme card shows the code of the emoji. For example: :rocket: instead of 🚀

Steps to Reproduce

1. Given a repository has a Read me card with emojis in it.
2. Register that repository in Backstage.
