Electric engines die in water #3213

Just pick an electric car and drive it into the water. The engine will drown, which is something that shouldn't happen with electric motors.

Engines in RoR don't technically drown, instead they shut off when all cinecams are submerged. They will continue to function as long a cinecam is above water or doesn't exist. This is why the Lotus Esprit JB leaves a cinecam behind on spawn.

Sounds like something to be tackled via a ActorSimAttr, see #3210

Maybe ACTORSIMATTR_ENGINE_WATERPROOF (0/1)?
