Currently only a button is for save ALL the windows.

Could be nice just provide the option that allow save specific windows only, not all.

If you toggle the Show all windows button, you will be able to save only the current window.

That is nice, but think about the posibility of list and select only the sessions to save, that will be amazing!! Instead of open the menu in every single window
