[Feature Request] Option to hide icon in user menu

This is a small trivial feature request.

Basically, the icon in the top-right user menu (not the remote) is functionally useless. I don't see a reason to keep it there. If I want to cast something, I'll use the menu. Having a little TV in the top right telling me that's an option seems redundant. I already know it's an option.

If there's some technical limitation preventing this, eg. GNOME requires user menu entries to have a corresponding persistent icon or something, you can close this request. It's not a big deal.
