Currently, we don't specify the MinimumProtocolVersion in the documentation CloudFront distribution. It probably defaults to TLSv1 since we do specify an SslSupportMethod of sni-only and the docs say that TLSv1 is required for this option. However, we know that TLSv1 is more secure than SSLv3 anyway, so we should specify this option.
