This ticket is blocked by: #92

The best option for us deploy it to: dev.qf-node-0.qfnetwork.xyz (Ansible inventory). And to access dApp introduce an URL: dev.qfnetwork.xyz/pvm or so.

dApp should be deployable from its repo.
