These are my dns settings.

It prints normally on my internet.

I've been infected with spoofing before.
So I'm worried and I'm asking a question.

If I change to Google dns and connect, Google is normally output.
Other dns are similar.

But ibm dns is output like this. 103.107.199.244 (Asia Pacific Network Information Centre)
It wasn't like that before. I am worried.

I am living in Seoul South Korea.
