Summary

Coming out of ProjectEvergreen/greenwood#1320 / ProjectEvergreen/greenwood#1371 and upgrading a bunch of Greenwood's markdown related dependencies, the remark-parse package no longer takes any options, so there are no longer any settings for Greenwood to take in via greenwood.config.js

Details

We should review and update the following pages accordingly
