Describe the bug and add attachments

There is no Consent LOG for any module :

Log is not written in table ps_psgdpr_log
Log is not visible in tab BO > Modules > GDPR > CustomerActivity
any module is enabled in GDPR module settings and checkbox is visible on FO.

Expected behavior

After checking checkbox and clicked on Submit customer consent needs to be added in GDPR log (table ps_psgdpr_log)

Steps to reproduce

Go to BO > Modules > GDPR and click on configure

Click on tab "Data Consent"

Enable GDPR on any module and Save

In FO, Check GDPR box and click on Submit

Go back to BO > Modules > GDPR > Data Consent

There is no log or registration or proof of your GDPR acceptance.
