Launching in Q1

We'll be launching:

1. Mobile replay

2. AI Product Manager / Max AI
Currently in open beta. Also known as PostHog AI.

3. Error tracking
Moved into beta January 7. Davis is leading. Later this quarter.

4. Messaging (CDP team)
A very big project. It's in beta. Aims to take on Customer.io, Mailchimp. Will soon announce pricing.

Joe has launch templates in Issues-land, and we can also refer to previous launches for plans, but here's what I took notes about

Weeks/months before, these need to get planned, and include things like:

Update the site:

• Update docs
• Create a product page
• Write a case study
• Remove 'beta' tags
• Add to footer
• Update blog posts
• Section for /questions
• FAQ for /community

Always-do basics to cover:

• In-app announcement
• Email announcement to beta users; be weird.
• Email to all users.
• Blog/changelog update
• Social on Twitter/Linkedn

Consider weirder/one-off stuff, as well.

Other notes about the flow:

• Each product starts as beta (free)
• Pricing needs to be figured out: growth worths with product managers.
• Pricing principles include: we want to be the cheapest / no loss leaders / usage-based
