[Release-1.0] Add push notification support #31

I believe we can set this up through Firebase off of triggers. Essentially the flow should be something like this:

Create new playlist
All added members should get notified that they were added
Any new songs/comments added, push notification

We definitely need some settings for what notifications people want, but that will come in phase 3 when we implement profile page
