This Plug-In is part of the Oxygen XML Software and, as such, is part of the License Agreement 
governing the Oxygen XML Software. This license notice expressly prohibits the following:
a) embedding this Plug-In or any derivative works into another application or service and then 
distribute such to third parties;
b) use this Plug-In outside of Oxygen XML Software (by means of a command line or external process),
c) use this Plug-In for the benefit of any third party,
d) interfere with any license key mechanism in the Plug-In or otherwise circumvent mechanisms in 
the Plug-In intended to limit your use,
e) remove or obscure any proprietary or other notices contained in Plug-In.
If you wish to use the Plug-In for such purposes, separate licenses may be available from 
Syncro Soft SRL.

Additional Terms:

1. This Plug-In, or the WebHelp output generated by your use of the Plug-In, contain third-party 
software which requires notices and/or additional terms and conditions. Such required third party 
software notices and/or additional terms and conditions are located in the license-3rd-party.txt 
file and are made a part of and incorporated by reference into this agreement.

2. You are permitted to modify proprietary source code originating from Syncro Soft, to the extent 
such changes are necessary in order to customize the look and feel and functionality of this 
Plug-In for your internal business purposes. Your rights to modify third party components 
originating from parties other than Syncro Soft are governed by the respective third party's 
license conditions.

3. You are permitted to make copies of the Plug-In WebHelp generated output, and distribute those 
copies to your end users; provided that:
(i) you comply with third party components license terms requirements (as specified at section 1) 
that are distributed with the Plug-in WebHelp generated output, and located in the 
license-3rd-party.txt file;
(ii) ensure all copyright or other proprietary rights notices of Syncro Soft or its third party 
suppliers contained in any portion of the Plug-In WebHelp Output or other files that bear such a 
notice are retained;
(iii) you indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Syncro and its third party suppliers from and 
against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees, that arise as a result from the use or 
distribution of the Plug-In WebHelp Output.

THIS PLUG-IN IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY TYPE OR KIND. 
SYNCRO AND ITS THIRD-PARTY LICENSORS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES AND 
CONDITIONS, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THIS PLUG-IN, 
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
