Updated README.md with information on building using pyinstaller

Initial release

This is the first official release of Target Analysis. To install the software, simply download and extract the ZIP file to a safe location, such as your Documents folder. Python and required packages are bundled into the release, meaning that they do not need to be installed system-wide. Simple run the gui.exe file (optional: copy the included shortcut to your desktop) to start Target Analysis.

Because this is the first executable release of Target Analysis, there may still be some bugs or issues. If you notice any, please report them in the Issues tab of this repository, and use the python source version of Target Analysis instead.
