Is DeepSignal Plant / DeepSignal3 deterministic?

Hi Peng,

I recently tested DeepSignal Plant on a new machine and thus, used it multiple times on the same data set.
It works well, but the results differed despite the usage of the same set and same setup.
So I asked myself whether DeepSignal Plant / DeepSignal3 are deterministic or not?
Could you comment on that?
