Outdated Requirements and Missing Libraries: Decorator & Paddle

I've recently cloned the repository and noticed a couple of issues with the project setup:
Missing Libraries: I observed that the decorator and paddle libraries are not listed in the requirements.txt file. However, certain parts of the codebase seem to depend on these libraries. This causes import errors and hinders the smooth execution of the project.
