请问在变化检测功能中，是如何实现对变化的建筑物进行标注、统计变化建筑物数量、计算土地改变面积这三个的功能呢

建议直接查看backend/applications/interface下的draw_mask.py和compute_variation.py源码，这样会比口头解释更加清晰 :）
