Hallo Christian,
Is it possible that the DataObjectLabel (ontology) can also be provided defined as a schema (XSD or RelaxNG)?

On the other hand, how can information from the page file be included in the DataObjectLabel (ontology)? For example, the structure of the recorded object? For example, the page contains: footnotes, margins... how can this be defined in this format (DataObjectLabel (ontology)?

This is all still a bit "prototypey" I'm afraid. I might be able to add features once the PhD is finished. At the moment you can only use the dedicated XML format for an ontology.
