Need to define an interface for BoltzmannMFX that enables incorporation of new cell models with relatively little effort.

The BMXChemistry class has been defined and implemented for a simple three component reaction model (described in docs/models/model1/model1.tex). The model also incorporates a growth and division model and a model for intercellular forces.
