[bug] Memory leak on `refreshOAuth2Token` #528

Describe the bug
128MB+ of memory are used after calling the function (which has lead to my aws lambda being killed during token refreshing)

To Reproduce
Please indicate all steps that lead to this bug:

await oauthClient.refreshOAuth2Token(refreshToken)

Expected behavior

Nodejs: AWS Lambda nodejs:20.v19
Lib version: 1.16.3
OS: AWS Lambda Linux
