[Data quality and management] Create a description of the Data Catalog and Datasets structure on the website

As a stakeholder / Developer I would like to know the strategy to structure PDCM datasets in terms of schema.org and/or bioschemas domain entities.

PDCM Finder is a DataCatalog that contains a list of DataCatalogs, each Model is a DataCatalog and each spreadsheet containing molecular data or patient treatment is a DataSet.

We need to create a bioschemas compliant description for whole website, each model and each dataset.
