Line 5 still has "plugin.version=1.2.6"

This seems to cause BiglyBT to report version 1.2.6 in the UI, even though you are using 1.2.7.

Minor issue.

Note: There might be other places where this version number exists that I have not noticed. Im not even 100% sure this is what triggers the version reported in the UI of BiglyBT.
