Add a tree. On the tree's detail page, add one or more stewardship entries, and save.
Change some other field and save.
The developer tools network tab shows that Stewardship gets sent along with the other field in the POST data, and a visit to the /edits/ page shows updates to Stewardship.
Stewardship should not be sent if it wasn't updated, and even if it is, it should not be logged in the audit trail since it didn't change.
