Onboarding - UI steps / documentation

Based on how the rest of the development process is going in the summer, this issue will be reviewed again and determined whether it involves interventions on the UI level (e.g. guided tour for new users via strategic pop-ups around the UI), or takes on a purely documentation character via e.g. video tutorials and written instructions.

As part of the end-of-SDC-project cleanup...

We decided to not do an onboarding wizard yet (although the idea is absolutely fantastic).
But we will do documentation (and have already done some).

I'd suggest:

• Let's create a new general issue for creating an onboarding wizard in the general OpenRefine repo (?)
• There's also the separate documentation task Documentation of features of the Commons Extension #30
• And close this task.

Yes, sounds like a good plan.
