Generate a csv containing city geo-referential based on list of distinct grid cells provided in EDGAR datasets.
The csv must contains:

  • cell coordinates (long, lat) as points
  • cell_id: grid cell identifier

CDP raw datasets are stored in S3/ogs-dev/data/raw/ghg-emissions/edgar/

Generated grid-coordinates.csv file must stored in: S3/ogs-dev/data/raw/geor-ref/grid-coordinates.csv
