Paginate superuser projects and users list views

The superuser list views for managing projects and users are not paginated, resulting in slow loading times and unnecessary loads on the server when showing the list of users or projects.

Expectation

Both project and users list views need pagination and sorting (at least) in order to improve the experience. What we would want (perhaps in this issue, or another) is the ability to search for users or projects by one or more fields (single search box searching on name/email for example).
