We want to deploy all new versions to i.ohlasy.info, possibly under a prefix (/upload) to keep things neat.

Add deployment step to the GitHub CI action
Tighten access policy for deployment user
Use index.html as the root object automatically?
Redirect from / to /upload automatically?
