If I test this sample using an email with multiple order numbers, I'm finding that the pop-out always appears under the first order number I click, so e.g. if I click the second order number then the first, the pop-out for the first order number appears under the second order number:
I can also change to a different email and pop-outs will still appear in the original spot, though it can be reset by e.g. navigating to a different folder and back. Emails opened in a new window seem to be in their own separate context (it doesn't use the pop-out position from the main window, but has its own remembered position once a pop-out has been opened) and I haven't found a way to reset the position there other than restarting Outlook.
I'm using Outlook version 2104 (Build 13929.20408 Click-to-Run), and the issue is not present in Outlook on the web.
Is this a known issue/is there a workaround?
