With Ubuntu 18.04 support being deprecated on 3 April 2023, it would be nice to have the next generation of images available to test and use.

The README currently says that the Ubuntu 22.04 images are available on Docker Hub but they are not. Please push Ubuntu 22.04 images so we can validate our deployments before the deprecation of 18.04.
