keyring has issues with working on docker since it may lack a keystore. We may need to explore using the keyring file system approach which has been proposed by @azimov previously in HADES WG discussions.

We can configure keyring to use a file system approach on Docker as noted above - closing this out since we'll aim to address the keyring requirement in the next major release of the package.
