One of the possible solution is to use debugNbtQueryNoPermission in Carpet-TIS-Addition (both server side and client side) with serverDataSyncer in Tweakermore (client side) instead, if you only want the sync feature. Refer to here

It doesn’t. That build is just simply not usable, some restrictions were set by the author.
Very sad since the project seemed abandoned by the developer.
