Softdevice detected after Erase All #148

When 'Read' is used after Erase All, the device prints in the output panel that SoftDevice is detected. But there shouldn't be any SoftDevice because we erased everything on the board.

I'm on Windows 10, and am using a custom board with nRF52832. The board is a Murata MBN52DK. I have not tested this with a Nordic DK, but that probably shouldn't matter.

nRF Connect version is 3.2.0
