standard-mailcap is a redistribution of the mailcap module from the standard lib from python <= 3.12 for future python versions. The module was removed in the 3.13 release: https://docs.python.org/3/whatsnew/3.13.html and https://peps.python.org/pep-0594/

Context

This will be needed for alot to run on python3.13, see pazz/alot#1632 and pazz/alot#1684
