How to launch the payload at startup

Hi, i made a payload and crypted it with lime crypter with RegAsm injection.
It works but the problem is that the payload itself without lime crypter launch at startup but with lime crypter it don't

How can i make my payload launch at startup (without putting it into the start menu)
