Currently we have a restricted sites list for stage-based CatFIM but we do not have one for flow-based CatFIM. Create a restricted sites list with the same structure as the stage-based restricted sites list.
The first site to add is CMUG1, which has been flagged in vlab ticket #141798 as being mistakenly included (since it has been replaced by a different point).
Analyze the existing CatFIM libraries to look for any other CatFIM sites where there's incorrect CatFIM from overlapping sites and mitigate using the restricted sites list.

Oh.. good point. Do we want a seperate one for FLOW? or maybe a more advance CSV with true/false colums for "for Stage Based", "For Flow based". etc. Not sure the right answer here but you an figure it out. But one csv might make it easier for Derek to take to the field for edits. And we should bug Derek about getting updates for this before the next full CatFIM build release. :)
