Requesting that when the messages are received, they call a function in the UGV that can let the communication know whether or not the message was properly received.
Ex: if a "start" message was received, check in the ControlProgram to make sure vehicle is in correct status, if not do NOT acknowledge. If vehicle is in correct status, and message has valid fields, then forward inforamation to UGV software, and if we get a True back, then proceed to change status to "waiting".
