File dialog does not work under Linux Chrome #18

When clicking the button to open the file dialog, nothing happens and there is no error in the console. Dragging a file in works.

Some combos I tried:
Windows / Chrome: Drag + File dialog works.
Linux / Chrome: Only drag works.
Linux / Firefox: Drag + File dialog works.

To be honest, I only use Firefox, so I neglected Chrome a little bit, It may be broken in some places. Will look into that
