Fix non-vanilla wood type loot tables causing log spam if the corresponding mod isn't present

Adds new BlockLootTableProvider class
Changed the signatures of BibliocraftDatagenHelper#generateLootTablesFor and BibliocraftDatagenHelper#generateLootTables to use that new BlockLootTableProvider
