Hi @tae0y, Thank you for bringing it up. Our team is currently investigating the issue. Adding @vickiez for the heads-up. |

Hello,
Firstly, I would like to mention that I am not very familiar with WebView2 and Windows client programs. The issue I am reporting is purely based on my personal experience. While I would like to collect logs and gather information more rigorously, this is currently beyond my domain knowledge. Nevertheless, this issue occurs frequently enough that I felt compelled to report it.
Based on my experience, whenever this WebView2 error occurs, MS Teams is updated within a few days. I am not sure if MS Teams quickly identifies and addresses the problem, or if it is the root cause of the issue. For the past year, restoring WebView2 from Settings - Apps generally resolved the issue, but this time it did not.
You may have heard the anecdote about the "car with a vanilla ice cream allergy." The car would have problems every time the owner bought vanilla ice cream, but it turned out that the time taken to buy vanilla ice cream was different from other flavors, which caused the issue.
Similarly, I am reporting this in the hope that we might be able to find a clue to the problem together.
Thank you.
