Edit and Resend option in dev tools not working in 131.0.2903.99

#294 says it was fixed as of 131.0.2903.70, but looks like it's broken again.

When I right click on a request and click Edit and Resend, nothing happens.

Hello! Can you include the version of Microsoft Edge that you are using? I tested Edit and Resend in the following versions: 131.0.2903.112, 132.0.2957.55, 133.0.3014.0, 133.0.3054.0

and this feature opens the Network Console tool and populates it with the details of the request you'd like to edit and resend.

Hi Zoher! Thanks for your reply. As mentioned in the issue title, I'm on 131.0.2903.99.

Here's a screenshot of my browser after attempting an Edit and Resend operation:

I see that a Network Console tab has appeared at the bottom, but clicking it doesn't seem to do anything. It doesn't pop out like it does in your screenshot.
